Richard D. Homich has over 25 years of success in a variety of management roles (e.g., software and network engineering, product management, business unit management, services management, and sales management) at high technology startups and enterprise solutions companies, including: MicroPro (a.k.a., WordStar), Pacific Telesis, EDS, Viant, Keane, and Rapt. As a management consultant, he has advised business leaders in a number of industries, including: media & entertainment, financial services, high technology, enterprise software, and consumer products.

Dennis Moritz

Dennis Moritz provides thought leadership on the application of technology to advanced financial analysis concepts. Mr. Moritz has over 24 years of professional experience in financial programming, modeling, analysis, and project management at ITEL Corporation, TXL Corporation and Babcock & Brown. He is a graduate of San Francisco State University and the University of California at Berkeley, where he received his B.A. in Mathematics and M.S. in Computer Science, respectively.

Rajiv Advani

Rajiv Advani manages Advantage’s client relationships and coordinates software implementations.  He also supports new business / product development and is currently leading the development of an offering for the Mortgage Industry.  Rajiv has over 14 years of professional experience in management consulting and building software enterprises having worked at Ernst & Young, Viant Corporation and Diligent Consulting Group.  He is a graduate of the University of Michigan where he received both a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a MBA.

David Collop

David Collop provides software engineering leadership. Since 1979 he has been co-author of several generations of highly sophisticated PC-based financial structuring programs, first at U.S. Leasing, then at Babcock & Brown. This work culminated in the engine that powers the Advantage application. Prior to working in financial programming, he was involved in scientific research. He is a graduate of the University of Cambridge in England where he received a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics.

Galen Carnicelli

Galen Carnicelli joined Advantage from Babcock & Brown. Prior to joining Babcock & Brown, Mr. Carnicelli was a Senior Financial Analyst in Treasury Finance at Bank of America, where he developed databases and reporting systems for the Corporate Treasury's Investment Portfolio.
